Indo-German Symposium 2011

Welcome to the 3rd Indo-German Symposium (2011)

The 3rd Indo-German Symposium on "Frontiers of Chemistry" will be organized by Department of Chemistry, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay at Victor Menezes Auditorium from September 27-29, 2011. We welcome all the participants to Mumbai, the financial capital of India.

The first edition of this highly successful series was held at IIT Kanpur in 2007 (Chairs: Prof. V, Chandrasekhar and Prof. S. Verma) and the second one was subsequently held at the University of Leipzig in 2009 (Chair: Prof. C. Schneider). This meeting also gains importance with the backdrop of International Year of Chemistry in 2011. This symposium will try to cover latest research findings in research areas ranging from chemical synthesis, material science to computational chemistry.
